Jason Lucash on Why Humor Can Be an Entrepreneur’s Best Resource

The same year that Jason Lucash and co-founder Mike Szymczak launched OrigAudio, a Costa Mesa, Calif.-based electronics maker, the company’s flagship device — a speaker that can fold up when not in use — won Time’s 50 best inventions of the year. That was 2009. Today, the company now has nine products and 14 employees. And in 2012, OrigAudio’s sales clocked in at $4 million — making Entrepreneur’s decision to name Lucash its Emerging Entrepreneur of 2012 a no brainer.
