Welcome to YoungEntrepreneur.com Forums, your online discussion forum to
share and talk about Entrepreneurship. A place to learn and to help others with starting, managing and growing successful business ventures.
In order to help us maintain YoungEntrepreneur.com Forums as 'high quality'
discussion forum about business and entrepreneurship
we request our members to follow the following forum rules:
1. Respect is KEY. - We do not allow any sort of
dis-respect or any deliberate personal attacks of any kind on another
member or a group of members.
Having a healthy debate on a difference of opinion is fine, but if it
turns into an ugly battle, then it has gone too far.
In short, we expect every member to respect other members of the
community in the same way as they would expect to be respected.
2. Certain topics need not be discussed. - While we encourage
discussion about a wide range of subjects, there are certain areas
which elicit more animosity and subsequently far more flames.
As a result, we ask that discussions involving politics and
nationalities or anything of a sexual nature be reserved for other
message boards that are better venues for these topics.
No post should exceed a “PG” rating. Profane, insulting or mean
spirited language is simply not allowed here and neither is any sort
of harassment or bullying.
Threats of any sort are grounds for an immediate ban.
3. Keep it Legal - Posts advocating or condoning illegal activity
are not allowed on YoungEntrepreneur.com Forums
Also, promoting any sort of spamming operation (not limited to email,
mobile phones, instant messengers etc.) is highly prohibited.
If any member is found to indulge in such activity then he/she would
not only be banned from this site but also reported to the concerned
authorities.
4. NO Spamming here! - While a commercial interest may respond
to a request for information, they are expressly forbidden from starting
posts or sending unsolicited private messages about their goods or services.
Also, we do not allow any sort of Affiliate/Referral Links to be
posted on YoungEntrepreneur.com Forums.
A user may only include their company’s URL within their signature line.

5. Signature Usage - The use of signatures is allowed here, however, it must be setup using the edit signature link in the control panel and must not be included in your posts manually.
a. The maximum number of lines in the signature should not exceed 4.
b. Using text larger than 3 is not allowed in signatures.
c. Images are disabled in the signature.
d. The text in your signature must abide by all other rules.
e. We do not approve similar entrepreneurial forums within your signatures unless approved by Administrators.
6. Your Membership here -
All membership information must be accurate and belong to the person
registering. Invalid, incomplete, or falsified information will result
in the immediate termination of all membership privileges for that user
and, possibly a permanent ban restricting the member from using any of
YoungEntrepreneur.com services at any time.
The creation of multiple accounts for one person is strictly prohibited.

Membership at YoungEntrepreneur.com Forums is a privilege, not a right. We reserve
the right to deny service to any person at any time with or without
cause or notification.
7. The community moderation. - Some members have a special status
of Moderator or Administrator and they have the right to moderate the
discussions at YoungEntrepreneur.com Forums as they deem necessary.
The moderators have the last word in any dispute.
At their discretion, when they deem it in the
best interest of YoungEntrepreneur.com they may edit or delete avatars, pictures,
posts and threads, and even ban users when necessary.
Also, moderation is not open for public debate. If you feel that you
have been treated unfairly then please contact the concerned Moderator
or one of the administrators privately (using Private Message system)
instead of making a thread about it in the public areas of the forum.
8. Deleting and Editing Forum Posts - As soon as a message is placed in any of the YoungEnetpreneur.com forum system, you are granting a full soft license to the site to use it at its own discretion. You understand that any possible request to delete or edit a post is in the sole discretion of the YoungEntrepreneur.com Forum administrators. In most cases, however, unless the message contains personal contact information, such requests will be denied.
We would love to hear your ideas and suggestions for this site. You
can send us your suggestions and ideas by either posting a new thread
in the Forum section or using the contact us link at the bottom
of the page.
We reserve the right to add to or amend the Terms of Service/Code of Conduct without any prior warning or the mutual consent of its users. By completing your registration with us, you agree that your YoungEntrepreneur.com Forum participation will conform to any such additions or amendments to these Terms of Service.
As an interactive forum service, this forum is provided immunity by Congress in Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996 from being held responsible for material published to our site by anonymous users.
As a registered member and anonymous user of this site, you will be held solely responsible for the content of any message that you post.
You may talk about companies, business leaders, their strategies and markets in general, however, any type of stock recommendations are NOT allowed here.
The owners, administrators and the moderators of this forum do not endorse any of the advice or information contained in these forums and are neither responsible for their accuracy.
