- Biography
- Veiko Herne was born in 1964, Tallinn, Estonia. During Soviet Union occupation era, he run a pirate radio station and supported artists not otherwise supported by communistic regime.
During Estonian independence and reconstruction period, he established on of the first IT companies and managed it to sell systems to banks, telecoms, multinational companies subsidiaries, etc.
Being a pioneer in Internet since 1993, he has been involved to develop several Internet technologies and business methods.
In 2002/2003 he tried to launch independent record label signing up several top artistic talents.
From 2005, he decided to go Independent Filmmaking instead, having two low budget feature projects offering a good ROI for investors; both having over 50% financing in place.
