    Hello dear, do you have the confidence to invest outside of Canada, in Africa and Nigeria to be precise? If you can then we could work together. I want to establish good quality internet kiosk with WISP services in major areas, particularly within the Abuja metropolis. Its lacking and highly in need cos our Data providers are highly unreliable, think GPRS (3G) internet access. So if you can I am gain.
