Hey Paul,

I'm looking to speak to someone regarding a small business loan of up to $50,000 USD for a non-US registered company (company is registered in Germany)

Do you you know if it's possible to get a small business loans for non-US registered companies, that is generating revenue for the last 2 years? If so, what are the options available?

I can setup a small business bank account with a US lender if necessary.

If a loan is not an option for a non-US registered company with a US lender, if I setup a LLC in the US and a business bank account with a US bank (that would have new funds deposited within 30 days), how long would it take to process a business loan of $50,000 USD? ie do I need a certain bank history before I could apply for a loan?
