that prides itself on completing due diligence, I would appreciate it if you could answer
the following questions for me:

1. What country or countries do you receive most of your visitors from?
2. Do you use any CMS systems or scripts to control content?
3. Has most of your site's growth been recently or evenly over time?
4. How are you currently promoting/marketing it?
5. What about your ad revenue per month recently?
6. Are you willing to take an extra measure to prove ownership of the domain (explained below)?

We appreciate your answers to these questions, as it can help us further qualify the website
for a hassle-free and quick transaction. Preliminary observations for your site look good, and
as long as everything checks out, we are prepared to bid higher to ensure that we can acquire it.

I also want to call attention to question 6 above in case you're curious: this is an extra
measure we take to ensure that we are in fact dealing with the actual owner of the website.
We understand that some website marketplaces do have their own means of verifying ownership,
however, we have experienced issues in the past with individuals that are able to circumvent
these systems, essentially selling us a website they do not own. Our request is simple, and
it's just that you upload a simple text file to your server so we can verify that you do in
fact have ownership of the domain.
