Thought I'd add you as a friend- I'm starting to respect you a lot. Especially from all those posts at the "do entrepreneurs need education to be successful" thread

My consulting consists of helping you decide the correct business structure and how to maximize the entity for asset protection. I could get you an LLC for $2700. This is something you would need to budget for if you intend to start a business regardless. You can get an LLC for $500, but you will get what you pay for and in the long run, that will end up costing you multiples of $500. Feel free to email me any questions you may have. You can also visit my website to get a bit more info. Take care and good luck on your journey.

    GW,
Thank you for the response. I, unfortunately, just finished grad school directly after leaving undergrad. Thankfully my parents helped pay for undergrad, but grad was on me for loans/cost etc.

Most basically, I am elaborating the fact that I have zero upfront capital to give to a consulting/legal team. If this is something you would be willing to help me with pro-bono, I would be very glad to speak based on your availability alone etc. But as for upfront capital, I am barely getting my projects off the ground.

Just trying to C.M.A. by looking into the LLC conversion.

You can contact me at +1-347-410-5041. you can also visit my site at Global Wealth Protection | Protect Your Assets.

Will all of your revenue be US based? it would be best if we chatted so that I can get detailed info and give you better advice. going back and forth on PM can get tedious. But depending on your type of business, I would probably recommend a NV or WY LLC, then elect to have it taxed as an S-corp.

    Hi GlobalWealth,

Thanks for offering your help, it is really appreciated. I do not intend to become an american citizen, and the company will operate in the US. I will be working with US wholesalers and fulfillment houses - just basic online retail stores.

    Thanks again mate.

    Kind Regards,

    Charlie
