Entrepreneurs Creating Success Association of Dallas needs you!" Everyone should have the opportunity to experience the independence that working for oneself can provide." by Dr. Farrah Gray. Our mission is encouraging minorities ages 17-25 to pursue entrepreneurship in areas they can utilize their strengths & abilities & to provide a plan to aid them in the creation of their own success. Our vision is creating our own success by finding our natural talents, developing them, and using them to become successful while helping others to do the same. Our group purposes are to create our own success, to help young minorities find their area of excellence for development, to create a stronger union of successful young minority men and women in Dallas. We want to attract business owners for the purpose of training, teaching, and enhancing skills & abilities. This non-profit organization is for the businesses minded who may not know what aspect of business is their strength. We have one common goal & one common dream which is to be successful in what we’re good at, what we love, and are most passionate about. By reaching out to business owners we will create a network that we can take advice & instruction from. We want to create a successful, purposeful generation. Let me assure you that one thing we are not encouraging youth to do here is drop out or not appreciate a formal education. We should be able to comfortably explore all options without feeling like a failure due to lack of traditional school degrees. The inspiration behind the organization was the success of Dr. Farrah Gray and the truth of the generation that is growing up lacking direction & focus here. At the ECSA, we are trying to figure out solutions to the problems instead of finding a point of blame. We all make mistakes, but solutions keep you from repeating them. We really need help encouraging this young generation to tap into their natural talents in order to achieve meaningful success.
