Conversation Between dwprice and Freestyle Sport

I’m a thirty one year old enthusiastic sport Coach. I’m accredited by Super Sport ‘Let’s Play’ initiative and the Sport Science Institute of South Africa (SSISA), to develop young athletes. The passion for sport I have is indescribable. To see athletes excel through the program is an experience unimaginable.
It’s very difficult to get funding to develop our athletes in SA if one hasn’t got a big name or a big name behind one, it’s a dead end to get the funding.
I went to see governmental institutions, private -, schools and individuals to fund my projects with no effect. Then I started to design sport development equipment to assist coaches in their coaching, and I compiled a range of sport conditioning equipment, to form the easiest way to reach athletes in rural areas. To put all this equipment in a mobile unit was the best way to go, but funding is a huge issue again.
Contacting investors came out on a dead end as well, as one must pay an amount to get their contact details.
My aim is to alleviate youth pregnancy, youth crime, drugs and obesity.
If someone can only feel how I feel to sit here with all this exciting and unique ideas and all the above mentioned problems just gets worse every minute. I can make a difference. I know I can. With funding. OR . With someone like you that can help suggest someone to help me or who I can contact
