hello. im new to the site. i am working on my second startup(my first website) i need an answer to this question. i see you are an active entrepreneur so hopefully you will be able to help:
I am working with a web designer to design an original website. I am curious how much information I should give. I know I will have to tell them basic functions to bring my idea into existence however I am worried it would be too easy for them to duplicate my idea. I need funding and I can’t get it without an accurate estimate of the site development. I can’t get that without disclosing very valuable information to my web designer. What should I do?

Hello I just had some questions for you. I have read many of your replys online and you seem very knowledgable in Business.

I am looking to start a Clothing Line and i wanted to do it under an LLC in CALIFORNIA. So that i could use a DBA for my Clothing Line. If i was to do that could i get multiple DBA's for other Business ventures? Do you happen to know what i would need to do to get everything set to operate as a Clothing Line, aside from having the product? And how much it would cost? Thank You very much for your help =]
