Biography
A full-service fitness facility. We offer memberships to adults and children, provide personal training and offer conditioning, spin, yoga and rowing classes to our members. We also offer athletic workshops including basketball skills and conditioning and basketball and tennis mini-camps. We have state-of-the-art equipment including some pieces just for kids. We are a family run business led by a husband and wife team who share a passion for fitness. Xavier acts as COO and manages the look and feel of our facility itself. Xavier's wife, Nadia, works behind the scenes as accountant and advertising executive. Together, they have created an environment where families new to exercise or fitness fanatics, feel comfortable. Xavier has been a mentor, coach and personal trainer for over 27 years. He has personal training clients ranging in age from 5 to over 70. He is known in the community for working with kids, knowing exactly how far to push them while helping build their esteem and overcome obstacles. We have also brought together a team of experts in related fields--nutritionist, body workers, physical therapists, doctors and sports psychologists--people Xavier has worked with in the past whose overall experience totals hundreds of years! "The idea is to broaden the gym experience by giving our members and the community access to professionals from different fields," Xavier says, "all committed to health and wellness." Our brand is unique! Where else can you belong to a gym that offers memberships, classes and programs for kids and adults, nutritional seminars, rowing classes, an indoor basketball court, a Railyard Conditioning course, dance events, a perpetually positive owner/trainer who always has a smile on his face and great music? (To name just a FEW of the things we offer!) We also offer birthday parties, Moms' Night Out and other special events including dance parties.
