Biography
I am currently a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a member of the Houston Association of Realtors. I specialize in tenant representation for commercial real estate properties. Working in the commercial real estate industry is a passion of mine that I have diligently pursued. My first opportunity was working as a residential leasing agent at a distressed property. After proving myself at that property, I was promoted to Assistant Manager and moved to a substantially upgraded property. As Assistant Manager I increased revenues, reduced delinquencies, improved retention & resident referrals, and stayed within the mandated budget guidelines. I later joined another company where I was charged with the sole responsibility of leasing over 200 properties throughout the greater Houston area. Once again I was successful at reducing vacancies and improving retention
