    Im wanting to do the same in Texas, but my motivation is giving a place for the high school kids and non-drinkers a safe place to hang out and dance downtown without the worry of a drunkerd picking a fight or throwing up everywhere. The place would close one hour before the bars did to ensure safety. I also wanted to incorporate Christian rap, techno, pop and rock into the music so something positve would filter into 'otherwise' foggy heads. My thought is massive DJ booth with small stage off to the side for live
    music and sing-offs. (maybe even kareoke night during the week.) I applaud your vision and wish you luck.
