how to find a good tech partner for startup?

I'm working on a really interesting startup with intriguing potential. The business touches on the environmental and social media worlds.

I am looking for an entrepreneurially-minded tech person who would be interested in collaborating on such a project....i'd much prefer (s)he is located in toronto.

any ideas on how to go about finding someone?

Use social media to catch the interest of students at the various colleges and universities in southern Ontario. At those schools are lots of entrepreneurial-minded and knowledgeable persons who could help you. I worked with a young entrepreneur who went that route and found some really good quality people - some are now shareholders in his business.
