First of all on your site it says: »99.9% UPTIME which is a big difference to 99.999%.

Secondly your site looks very amateurist.

However i must say it look like they have been up the time they say. (whether they have had any customers or not in that time i cant say,)

Thanks for your input Lex. Yes, i have stated 99.9% on the site and 99.999% here... it has been (at lease for the past year) 99.999%...even at 99.9% would still mean a GREAT deal to someone...its not the difference between night and day...the difference would be in minutes, NOT days/weeks.

I agree on the site "looking" amateurist....but are we offering web design or web hosting here? We stick with what works...we haven't invested time or money into a flashy design because we like to keep it simple, and keeping it simple has been very successful for us.

*Yes, we have been up the time i have stated, i wouldn't mention it otherwise. I'm not in business to ripp people off, if so I wouldn't have been in business for over 4 years. This is also just one of my companies with dedicated staff on-site for support and server administration. and to answer your last question, yes we have had customers in that time...I can't (at this time) give you an exact figure, but in the past four years we have served a few thousand domains.

I'm not beggin for clients, i'm not going to offer hosting for $3, i'm giving you a fair amount of resources for a very fair price (industry standard).
