Exclamation Why Some People Succeed and Some Fail - Three Pillars of Success

So, what is the “secret” that you as a business owner need to know in order to use your time wisely, and to get ahead of the competition at the same time?

There are three pillars of victory that any successful entrepreneur knows and follows, maybe subconsciously, but they all do.

    1) Dream Big

One of my successful (entrepreneur and a real estate investor) friends told this to me the other day. He said: “I’ve always been into real estate, ever since I was 8 years old. I always loved playing games that were either related to building houses out of Lego blocks or a computer game about conquering new lands and islands.”

I know, this might sound funny at first. How on Earth would that 8-year-old boy know anything about housing? He probably didn’t even have the word “real estate” in his vocabulary yet back then, but I say – wrong. Our childhood (AND adulthood) dreams impact out thinking more than we know. When we dream, we “program” our subconscious mind with the images and scenarios of what we want and how we want it. Our subconscious part of the brain is a very powerful tool, I tell you.

So, don’t underestimate your dreams. Dream big, no one can stop you from that!

    2) Believe in your dreams and yourself

Yes, this one might be a little bit more difficult to execute, than the first one. But if you don’t believe in yourself, nobody will believe in you, ever. Only by really and truly wanting something and believing in it, you can achieve your dreams and goals!

    3) Commit to your goals

Ok, so you’ve dreamt big, you believe in what you are preaching, now what? Yes, you have to commit to it. Nothing happens overnight. The bigger your dream is the more time and determination and hard work it requires from you. But fear not! You can do anything if you do it, and keep at it long enough! After all, it only took Thomas Edison about 1,000 times of trial and error to create a light bulb! And when a reporter asked him, "How did it feel to fail 1,000 times?" Edison replied, "I didn't fail 1,000 times. The light bulb was an invention with 1,000 steps."

    4) Succeed

Conclusion. Why do some people succeed and some fail? Merely because they don’t follow these simple rules and quit half way through.

Nothing comes easily. You next goal might be your “light bulb”, but the rewards are so sweet, it’s all totally worth it!

Everyone have dreams, expectations and goals, having goals in life is really what makes life worth living .I think passion is the fundamental element that you must have before you can make goal setting.

All businesses experience capitulation and statistically, within 5 years, 95% failure. I agree with all points Cucumber, but also.. set your goals much much higher than you think is feasible. I like the quote "people don't fail because they aim too high and miss, but because they aim too low and hit," so, "Aim for the moon, if you miss you will land among the stars". Also, it is just as important to surround yourself with people and an environment that will inspire and motivate you to achieve your objectives.

Recently I've been YouTub'ing Robert Kiyosaki, Donald Trump and Tony Robbins. It's amazing what you can do when you are in the right mindset.
    Dream Big. Work Hard.

One of the biggest challenges of working from home is managing your own working schedule. There could be a lot of distractions that can get on your way. That is why setting up a definite schedule is very important. You should know your priorities and follow the schedule you’ve created.
