Question about Company Overviews

1. My question is should I provide a breif background about the personal in my company now or should I wait until I start writing the Management part?

2. I have not made agreements with the businesses that I need to take place of departments I didn't incorparate into my business. But I do know the names of the companies I want to fill the viod. Since know agreements have been made, should I add them into my business plan anyway?

it depends, you want to avoid adding questionable details to a business plan.

I dont plan to start the company for another year or 2. The companies I plan to add for now are, ones that I am looking to use for right now, but when I get ready to start the company I might change them. Basically the business plan is a rough draft, a skeleton until it's finalized when the business really starts.
