Question HS Student looking to venture the world of online business.

    Hey all,
    Hey, all!

As stated in my previous thread, I'm a 16 year-old high-school student looking to start a business of my own not only to encourage a profit, but also to allow myself to obtain the knowledge and experience necessary to fund my other business ideas which, at this point, are out of my reach due to my lack of experience and capital.

After having been a member of this forum for the previous few days, I've been turned on to the idea of online business because of the resources I possess, and because I feel it is an excellent way to gain the experience necessary for success in my future ventures

Thanks to the help of the members of this forum, the ideas that I am considering as possibilities for my first project are as following: Web Design/Management, site-flipping (similar to that of real-estate), and affiliate marketing.

First of all, does anyone have any recommendations as to where to develop the skills necessary to follow through with such ventures? Further, does anyone have any other ideas regarding manners by which to stimulate a profit and gain venture experience online as a teenager?

Any advice as to the ins and outs of the listed venture possibilities would be greatly appreciated. Further, if you have any specific knowledge that you feel may turn me on to, or off of a specific online venture, please do tell, as I am simply in the brainstorming phase of my business plan and ANY help is appreciated.

I am glad you actually have realistic objectives and don't plan to become a billionaire over night. gaining knowledge and creating a steady cash flow are two important things that are best started at a younger age. Although I don't really have any experience in your areas of interest. Anyways, welcome to YE

I got to be honest. That's a first.
