You will need someone who is familiar with India and its demographics and specific buying patterns (statistical market data). This will help you figure out how to conform your magazine. They might propose to do a feasibility study. Go to guru.com and post a project--there are some professionals there who are global business planners and know a lot about India's market. I would help you but the only global training I have is in specific West African countries. Good luck!

Hi,

You need to create a business plan, that is made to cover every aspect of business like marketing, finance and etc. It is essential to provide complete details and analysis of your business to attract investors and stake holders. In my opinion, best solution is to hire a professional or a service provider who can write a custom business plan, according to the needs and requirement of business. A professional writer or a service provider is better option then writing a plan on your own because they posses expertise in the field, takes less time, and are more productive then any other. One of few expert business plan service provider is iSource Biz, we cover all aspects of business such as Industry Analysis, Marketing Plan, Marketing Strategy, Marketing Mix, Operational Plan and many other.

You’ve heard it before, “Failing to plan is planning to fail.” Depending on your business and whether you need external financing you may or may not need a full business plan. Bplans.com is the best resource I’ve seen for business plans and I’ve used the Business Plan Pro software for a few years. How to Write a Business Plan is a UK website that provides comprehensive (and free) advice on writing a business plan. If you don’t need a formal plan, the free fill-in-the-blanks plan offered by Business Development Canada is awesome. And you don’t need to live in Canada to use this great resource!
