Yeah, a CPA probably wouldn't be the person you would WANT doing it. You can find sample plans online to at least provide an outline. Understand though that the hardest part is actually in properly developing strategies for business success, based on your target market, industry, product, etc.

Check out bplans.com. The site has tons of sample plans, examples and how-to articles. It is run by a guy named Tim Berry. Tim is nationally recognized as a business planning expert, he has a blog and owns a business planning software company.
I don't know Tim and have no affliation with his stuff but his blog and website are great resources.

Here are all the templates you will need:

It will take considerable time and effort on your part to complete a really well thought out plan. If you plan on using the business plan to pitch to investors, I highly suggest you use a consultant to help you if you have never created one before. They will be able to tell you specifically what investors want to see in your plan.

There are plenty out there. First, determine how much you are able to spend, then do your research to ensure that you are getting your money's worth.

Are you a student? Your school may have an entrepreneurship center offering free or low cost consulting. Or do you live near a University?

I think you can find help here, but it will still not be free, if you're asking someone to help you put it together. I do business consulting, as do several others, and I just can't hold your hand through it for free. However, feel free to ask any specific questions along the way here.

I already have my business set up. The website is in my signature.

I am not looking anything for free. I will pay as long as it is affordable and reasonable.
