I have a internet personal training business, that has taken off more than I ever dreamed of. I have tried to figure out the best way to automate the beginning process of answering questions, collecting payment, sending out the basic questionnaire to see if I want to train them, send waiver, etc. Here is my current process:
1. The email me at my info email.
2. Info email automatically replies with basic questionnaire.
3. I accept them and use echosign to send over a electronic waiver for them to sign.
4. The sign the waiver and send bacj.
5. I send another email saying to pay me at my payment email
6. They pay me and when I get an email saying that it auto sends a link to the in depth questionnaire (google documents).
7. They fill it out hit submit
8. Everything is on google spreadsheet for me to look at when desining their programs.
9. I design their programs and send out their new plan from my client email.
How can I make this more efficient? I use 3 emails currently because the info and payment one are set up as auto-responders, but I would like to get down to 2 emails - info and client without me having to do so much middle work. Currently I am the bottleneck and need to figure out a way to make it go.
Any suggestions or ideas?
