Good, Cheap Business plan writing service?

    Hi

I'm looking for a good business plan writing service.

Is there a company or consultant that you would recommend?

Who did you business plan? Are you happy with the results?

    Thanks

When I first started out I researched as to what Business Plans actually were
and how they were put together. After a short term of study and looking at
biz plans made public, I learned.

Since then, I have always done my own business plans. Who will know better
than me? Even when I formed my first Corporation ... I did the plan.

As I see it ... If you're not dedicated enough to learn to do your own plan, are you
even dedicated enough to be in business?

Has anyone used a service that they'd recommend?

Why do you want to use a service, and what are you going to use the business plan for?

search for copywriting services on google, if you just want someone to compile a business plan a freelance copywriter is your best bet.

Even then I still think you should do it, a business plan is not just a tool for getting money, itll help you put your vision in paper and that way helping you develop your business accordingly. Bplans.com should be a good starting point.

I am currently doing a business plan too. My suggestion is to go ahead and do it yourself because it is true that no one will have all the details of the plan but you. Do as much as you can and if you really need to pay someone to finish it than it will cost you less money and also most of the details will already be in the work that you started. Look at craigslist.com and look under services, there should be a write/cr8tive section where ppl post business plan services. Hopes this helps.

    Business Plan Consultant

I own a business plan consultant company. Of course I recommend my company but I will give my thoughts. Do not fall for the cheap companies that offer a $500 business plan. They do not use your ideas and they only give you a template. You can use a program like business plan pro but a lot of times people struggle with the financials. We offer only financials if you need help there.

In our service we work with the entrepreneur so that they have a part in the business plan. We expect the customer to be the expert on their company and we are the experts on building the plan and creating the financials.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Sounds like you have a good service. My only advice is not to use those cheap ones you may find online, because although some aren't exactly a scam, they are no good.

I agree with everyone saying cheap is not always good and starting it yourself to later turn it over to a professional is the best path to go down. Back in Feb when I signed up for this site, I was doing a lot of research and this was one of my subjects I was working on. I ended up finding a guy named Chris Benjamin who owns a company called RogueCFO. I ended up chatting with Chris online just about EVERY day since I found him. Although, I have no given him my business yet (money issues), I HAVE to recommend him. He's given me actual business plans, financial models, and presentations he's written and his work is nothing less than STELLAR. He definitely knows WTF he's talking about.

Check out his site @ RogueCFO.com. He has tons of free info, and I believe he is very reasonably priced for the time he puts in, and what comes out in the end.

If you do use him, let him know NV referred you, please!

    Hello!

I own a company that specializes in small business start up and expansion consulting company. Despite what some may say you can get plans inexpensively. We assist in market research and write a complete business plan starting at $300. We are currently working on plans for everything from a non profit to a an expanding resort in the Maldives Islands. If you are just looking for advice or a template we won't charge you. Hope this helps and good luck!

Don't get a cheap business plan - you'll get what you pay for. If you have never written one I would not recommend writing one yourself. Have someone who writes business plans for a living help you out. Preferably a company like "Corporate Tax Network" @ Corporate Tax Network. They have a ton of business services geared towards new entrepreneurs.
