Hello Everyone,

I am not sure if this is the right section, but it certainly will help with start-ups operating on a shoestring. I don't know how many of you are aware that there is a source of free labor out there. At your local vocation schools you can have students do work for you, and the schools usually consider it to be real-world experience, and so they do it for free, their payment being the real-world experience, and usually a grade for their report card. The only thing I have had a vocational school do for me is help with designing a logo. But there are usually automotive classes that can work on any company trucks and cars, and they have diesel classes that can work on heavy/construction machinery. The nursing program can also give employees of your company OSHA training for free. Depending on the school there are whole arrays of different disciplines they teach students that can benefit you in the form of the free labor. It is also a great source for new employees like machinists that are still fresh that you can mold into how you want them to work in your company.

Enjoy,
J. Frioux
