I guess I'm old school. Digital manga doesn't appeal to me in the least. I've downloaded a few scanlations of things that weren't translated by US publishers but that's it. I mean really, once you down load it you won't print it. Every time you want to read it you have to be in front of your computer. I like being able to sit on the porch with a cup of coffee and page through manga at my leisure.

I kind of collect them, like I've read them before, and now I want them in hard copy, its a nerdy thing but hey, you gotta have a hobby you know what i mean

I've always been that way. yeah, I download stuff every now and then but I don't buy bootlegs. I like having the real deal. I guess being into business and stuff I know the trouble people go through to license stuff and the costs are through the roof. I was one of those people eating up anything anime years ago because you simply couldn't buy it. Now companies in the US are bringing it over and people are too busy sabotaging their efforts to think about the long term. The younger generation simply wasn't around when you COULDN'T get this stuff. There wasn't an internet. There weren't a few dozen companies licensing it. Kids these days are spoiled and it shows.

cause not everyone knows how to use IRC, if you are able to apply a simple, convient and more appealing delivery than IRC then you would probobly give peoplea reason to pay $4. Charge for convience instead.

Incorrect sir! If you read the thread I haven't exactly hyped it up so going out of the way to register under a different nick to make such a statement wouldn't make much sense. But one thing is for sure. Although xabz "would buy" he/she certainly hasn't joined my site.
