I live in a college town where where football is absolutely omnipresent. tens of thousands of people flock here every game weekend to tailgate and party and so on. I was thinking of starting my own microbrewery and naming the beer in a way to make it relate to the team, especically the team's nickname. Maybe even tinting the beer to make it match the school color. Perhaps even include a picture of the same animal as the team's mascot.

Any ideas what legality problems i might face with the University? So long as i don't include certain phrases in any perticular order so that they directly resemble copyrighted slogans or use a direct image of the school's mascot, i can't forsee any problems. Also, anyone know how much one of these costs?

that is nice dude. here in the philippines, we have to go through DTI (department of trade and industry) to have our business name registered but if you would pull it up as a sideline, i think you dont have to worry bigtime.
