Clothing line help

Hello, I am looking for some advice for the clothing industry. I have currently trade marked my clothing lines name bought out all the domains (.com,.net,.org,.info,.biz,.mobi) and launched a website to start off. Product wise I have gotten some things made but am looking to put together a collection for July/August events to show off.

I am currently rethinking the companies approach towards projects and making everything very time effective. Planning out the company seems to be very hard for me as I am all over the place. I am the current designer, owner, and marketer. It just seems like I can't focus on up and coming collects because I am needed in all other areas. I have currently hired freelance writers for the companies blogs and official written documents. As I do want to do everything hands on it just isnt time effective, if I have learned anything this past year it has to be time is the main key. I just need to be pointed in the right direction to keep me focused. If anyone can give me some ideas on how I can get a good company plan together and stay organized please post it!

Sorry for the double post but I would also like some more advice on something else. I am in the process of putting together a folder for the business, this is something I know will help keep me organized. But I need ideas of what I would put for sections, my question is what should I focus on? I currently have, Calendar, Financial, Stock, business partners (list of contacts), Company business plan, and Legal documents (What should I have? I only have Trade mark information here so far).. and that's about it... any suggestions?
