Many manufacturers source the garment from China and India. There are factories exclusively to manufacture cloth for export. And then there are other companies that buy cloth and produce the clothing line and export.

If you have designs, you approach such companies.
If you want to produce your own clothing line, you still need the cloth and that can be sourced from many suppliers. It also depends on the volume. If you need small qty, it is better to buy locally, though it is a bit expensive than bulk buying from a distant location.

Decide on what exactly you want - raw cloth , third party to produce as per your designs etc.

Then I can be able to give supplier's references from India as well.

If you are looking for basic things with your tags and logos on them, i.e. Polo Shirts, T-Shirts, Sweaters, Pants, Shorts, etc... I can help you. I know someone with a manufacturing plant in China that does this. I ordered my Polo Shirts with my logo on them a while ago.
