They might be good services, but I disagree with using the "product-mill" services for most specific needs. They turn out products, but focus on quantity, not quality, to succeed. For something as important and detail oriented as a business plan, a better idea is to consult with someone, either a management consultant or just someone who has had great experience with business plans. I have done consulting for several, and I can tell you that it takes a great deal of attention, detail orientation, and work to produce a solid business plan, things these product-mills cannot do. I will always be a firm advocate of quality over quantity.
