One thing I wanted to point out is that it is coming with some pretty serious upcoming media coverage including:

NPR (national public radio) interview on a program called MarketPlace. NPR, btw is listened to by more than 20 million people according to a 2003 data. That number is probably much higher right now.

Full page feature article in Fortune Small Business magazine in October. FSB has more than one million subscribers and is affiliated with Fortune magazine, CNN, Money magazine and Business 2.0 magazine with a pretty good chance that the story will be syndicated!

And interview by Canadian Television - VisionTV, which had more than 7.5 million subscribers.

That alone can translate into thousands and thousands of dollars in sales.

In less than six months of the website's existence I made more than $44,000 in sales and $25,000 in net profit! After the massive media coverage, this numbers can skyrocket!

This is a catch-22 because if I tell you one price and somebody else wanted to offer more, than I lose... You are more than free to submit your offers at: enthem.project@gmail.com and I guarantee to answer every single email even if the offer was low! Hell, first person to offer $50,000 for it, gets it, but that of course doesn't mean that I won't entertain other, lower offers!

Sounds like you'd have to be heavy into sales and really push the product. If the price included a full time sales person paid on commission i'd buy it.

If you're making so much profit from this site, why oh why in the world would you be selling it?

There's a good reason for this Large Professor, he's making money but it's a relatively low % of his total net worth (the site). He can tap into his TNW by selling the site, gaining liquidity, and using the money for a new venture, whatever. Although in turn, this could indicate bad faith in the owner.

Personally once my businesses get to a point of steady, developed income, I plan to sell a majority stake and create more businesses with the capital. But then again, this is just my 2 cents.
