You better believe it; everyone starts somewhere. What I can tell you is people do buy them and I have made some important connects with certain individuals. Even though they are "KNOCKOFFS" realistically spending 72 dollars on a Lacoste Polo sounds ignorant to most. That is why I can sell these for 20 bucks all day and so can anybody else who is looking for some residual income.

I'm pretty sure selling a counterfeit brand name item is illegal...if you are selling it as the "real thing" which it is not. The FBI was in our mall recently bc there was a store here selling fake Ed Hardy, and fake Nike's....I think its ok if you sell them as "xxxxxx" inspired, but to sell them as the real brand when they are not is very illegal.

Just to clear things up yes selling counterfeit products is illegal if you are selling them as authentic for actual retail price. If you are selling them for a fair price and tell the person what they are buying; I personally call them "high quality replicas', then your fine. What people dont understand is this business does thrive if you run it right. Knockoffs play a major roll in the cycle and believe that it does make some brands bigger than they would be if there wasn't any imitations at all. When knockoffs first started coming in to the U.S, especially the fakes Jordans and Air Forces, those websites that sold them as authentic for $100.00 up to $300.00 are all millionaires now lol. I couldn't make my money knowing that what I was doing was ripping people off. Selling these high quality replicas for $20-25 instead if the usual $72 I had people come back and others say they wouldn't buy them again, everybody is different. Now after knowing some things for awhile I found out that every knockoff website advertises their products as authentic and charge regular prices which is lame. Why does nobody have the balls to just say their stuff is knockoff and sell their product for cheap prices because its very cheap making these things overseas. I personally know a man that has a warehouse in Thailand that specializes in making the hottest product knock offs. So with this in mind I just came up with a new business venture, a Knockoff website with all the latest fashions and merchandise, plainly stated on the site that these items are replica items and the prices are unbeatable! Have not seen site like that yet, its a possibility.

It's still illegal if you're using their trademark on fake shirts. I have no respect for people like you.

They are illegal no matter what you tell people bro. You can't sell premium knock offs with TRADEMAKED logos on them because the money is not going to say Lacoste, Nike, Ed Hardy or any other lines they are knocking off. If you don't believe me, call your local customs office and tell them what you are doing and they will soon be knocking at your door. A lot of those sites selling the same things are because they are from oversees and the same laws don't apply to them.
