Add your site for free, no link back required. A great way to find sites that are looking for link exchanges.

This site has been online for 3 days, and has already been indexed by google and had over 230 unique visitors.

And should have a fairly good PR by the next update.

Well, the way PR works is your site's pr is determined (for the main part) by the quality of links that are coming to you. Now, when I mean quality, I mean high pr sites that somewhat pertain to your content. I'm skeptic of these link exchanges and I have done it, most people post your link on some junk page they make up for all their links that their viewers can't even see, or they don't do it period. Even if they did follow through, a bunch of sites with low PR linking to each other isn't going to raise anyones.

If you are looking to exchange links, find low key but popular websites and talk to the owners and work out something. I think you might have better luck doing that over this. Not to bash your thread, just giving my 2 cents from experience on the subject matter.
