How can I secure advertising for my site that isnt up yet?

I am working on my website jobs4trade.com which should be completed in February. We have a front page and some information on our site now. We would like to integrate the advertising into our site though and having them would help so that we can make the site free for users and have added functions to make their experience even better. For our advertisers we would be hand delivering customers to their door step like never before. I thought of maybe contacting ad agencies to see if they have clients that would be interested in our site and I also starting with smaller local stores as well. Any and all advice would be appreciated.

We gave it some more thought and we came up with some really great ideas about marketing. All marketing is, is presenting your idea to someone in a way that convinces them they will make money from it. I figured out who EXACTLY we are marketing to, and what they want to hear...that we can deliver on.
