whats the values of your employee in your country?
values like general rule on how employees go about their work
since we have employees hand book why some still not following company rules sometimes cheating their boss,bribing other co-workers, messing office property and so on....

because Ive heard its different like how they do it in U.S. U.K. ,Japan,China etc.
on how employers and employees treat/respect each other and personal rights
I live in Philippines and know some of the stupid things employees do. but what to know hows it in general in your country

and how would a foreign employee keep up and not getting stupid with it
