Ning is a great tool and I really like the idea.

However, the theme you have applied is really cluttered. Try and find something which is a lot more aesthetically pleasing. It really put me off signing up.

Maybe a cleaner one. Like a white theme that ning offers.

Can I ask where you plan to (if any) make revenue? I see the google ads but I know ning takes money from that.

Can I recommend you using this product. Dolphin :: Smart Community Builder :: Free Software

I am nothing to do to them but it will look alot cleaner and with $35 you can get rid of the link at the footer. Looks nicer on their basic theme too (No offence)

Ok, I got you on the theme concept. I plan to make revenue by selling ad space but I will not do so yet until traffic starts coming in. I also know that ning will get their cut of the ad revenue as well but thats my plan.

Yeah, your layout looks a lot better. How your site looks makes a big impression on how people perceive your site. Does Ning allow you to place your own Ad code in their templates can you edit the template code?

I am currently building out a small boutique online Ad serving network that targets the fashion, entertainment, technology early adapter, taste-maker, social maven demographic.

I will post more info as the sponsorboxx.com network gets built out a little more. Since I can't place a link in the post Just Google Sponsorboxx for more info.

Yes, I can place my own ad code for $24.95 a month. Yes, I can edit the template code as well. Right now, I am not worrying so much about controlling ads until I get enough traffic coming in. As for Sponsorboxx, stay up and you will go far.
