Tenacity depends on your working habits. I am very strict when i sleep. 8:30pm i have a hot bath. I have a wind down period around 9pm where I dim my bedroom lights and either read or listen to the radio. In my humble opinion TV late at night disturbs overall quality of sleep becuase it engages your brain keeping it too active. Around 10pm i'm usually fast asleep or very close to drifting off. Some people need 8 hours sleep a night but i'm fine on 7. 5/5:30am i naturally rise and shine from my bodies body clock. I don't need to use alarm clocks anymore because i trained my body to wake just at the right time. Its proven after wholemeal breakfasts with milk and fruit it increases your concentration and ability in the morning after sleep so have a look into it.
Sorry for rambling on lol but i can recommend sleeping books for you on Amazon to have a look at. From someone who used to have bad sleeping habits, a lack of sleep or a bad sleep routine can severely effect your productivity throughout the day often resulting in drowsy spells after lunch.
patience + idea = reality...
