If you still looking for an engineer you can bet there is one available at oDesk.com. I am part of this company and it's pretty helpful. Especially to hire someone. Let me know if it works out for you. Again, if you are still looking for someone.

You can always make a classified ad for free on Craigslist , heavy traffic site I'm sure somebody will see it. Good luck.
