My social plan: fitness and health

I recognized a problem many face in the US with health and weight issues.

Thus, created a fitness and diet social network at http://www.trainhero.com

Offering a fitness and food log, along with social aspects that include a custom forum, member journals, groups, and much more

    I wouldn't recommended that...

You must work on building your customer base first.

Look at integrating social aspects within the website, enabling users to interact with each other more easily and efficiently. User comments / messages / fun stuff.

Bodybuilding.com does this well I believe...

PS: your new web design is interesting... Although I'm not a fan of the user of colors

PSS: Great exposure on Mashable. However, I would recommend not bashing the users' comments on the website, looked very unprofessional.

    All the best

I don't know much about the question you've asked, but I think that this is a pretty good idea, seeing as though most people in the United States are struggling with some sort of weight disorder.

    Intersting site.
I would love to see pictures for excercises as one picture is worth 1000 words.

Probably, you may take photograph of a person doing these excercises. You may do it yourself, or aska third party to do it, who may charge some small money.

    All the best

I think Food is the one and only thing Americans can't get right. Yeah, they market it right, but now we see the consequences of certain average diets.
French people drink wine, eat croissants and smoke cigarrettes (I'd certainly wouldnt recommend the latter) and live longer than Americans, and are certainly fitter.
I have a French grandma so I think I know their secret:
small inmensely varied portions throughout the day. They never stop eating, but they eat the tiniest portions. (so the body doesnt feel compelled to STORE fat in case of long period of famine).
    Cool Site indeed!

combatting gas prices with my homebased business

I have been working from home with a great company that lets me say ha-ha to gas prices, commuting, and daycare. I did this without take no new money out of my household budget. I took a household expense and turned it into an income (that makes for a happy husband)
