good stuff! I am always glad to see YE members succeeding. I didnt review the site indepth so excuse me if I mention something already ebing done. Have you considered offering your members customized diet plans for a price done by an "in-house professional"?? This could be good income for yourself and a good service to offer your clients. I know someone who does it actually which is why i thought of it, I train for mixed martial arts and have looked at gettign a custom diet for myself. Let me know if you want more info on this topic!

Personally I don't think so. You have good topics there that interest people and bring them into the subjects related to your website.

I do agree that some of the coloring seemed off, but if you've got 3k people who don't seem to mind, who am I to complain ( BTW, I'm one of the people in your article about the lack of sleep )

don't make the forums the front page...and try to make your own exercise videos and illustrations (or pics) with the help of a professional trainer or exercise book (this would help give symmetry to your "exercise" part of the site). this could be a big site if you advertise wisely. did you design it?

Good topic. The trick is to get people to see proper nutrition, healthy habits etc as a social good and not simply an individual choice...or worse, have it come across as preachy or meddlesome. Good luck!
