Yes, many of you know that I'm a 30 plus year serial entrepreneur that is now PASSIONATE about Social Entrepreneurship! We are now looking for the best incorporating model for our new social enterprise - 7th Haven, which is a dome kit marketing and manufacturing business.

It looks like we will select the new LLC3 format that is approved in North Carolina where will be locating our facility for the East Coast.

I'm now also writing for BusinessWeek.com on Small Manufacturers which to me are the wave and saving grace of the USA. We need to look at having these small manufacturers use Social Enterprise model.
