I know mine is far from green so here is what I'm doing about it!

1- We started a recycling program last month. We use a lot of paper so our goal is to recycle 100% of our paper waste.

2- We are in the process of building out new offices so in this build out we are going to:
- Install Energy Star Appliances
- Install energy efficient light bulbs
- We are going to pay extra for high insulation windows and roofing
- We are installing motion sensors on each office to monitor light usage
- We are installing an automatic shut off program on our servers to shut down all computers at 6pm is they are not still in use.

The goal is to be 25% more efficient by the end of the year.
