Project Overview

Objective:

Create a non-proprietary resource to connect candidates seeking employers and businesses actively acquiring new employees.


Project Parameters:

Employment candidates will be provided a profile page containing a printable resume, contact form and brief overview. This service will be provided free of charge. Candidate profiles will be optimized for search engines and unlike other employment resource sites (Monster.com, Career Builder, etc..), profiles will be visible throughout the entire internet greatly enhancing candidate exposure to employers and opportunities.

Employers will be provided unlimited candidate search. Employers may also post employment opportunities. All employer services will be offered free of charge.

Candidate profiles and job listings require administration approval before they are made publicly available eliminating the potential for spam within the system.

Site functionality is scalable with new features developed on a regular basis.

An open source application programming interface (API) will be made available to developers who wish to integrate the Docemus.org data into their websites and applications.

Widgets developed for use across the internet.

Resources (articles, links, etc…) will continually be added to the project to aid candidates and employers.


Current Project Status:

The Docemus.org Employment Incubator Project is in the alpha stage. We are currently accepting candidates and employers are free to post their employment opportunities.
