Can social entrepreneurs be categorized?

Can you basically just put them all in a box and say that a social entrepreneur always does this and that? Or is every person different?
For example can one say that a social entrepreneur is always something like a hybrid who moves between the economic interests and social interests?
Or are there also social entrepreneurs who do not also sell things in order to be self-sufficient?

See if you can find some info on a guy called Mick Jackson - he runs a charity called WildHeart that operates as a business. I saw him speaking at a business event a few weeks ago and the passion the guy has for what he does is truely inspiring.

Social entrepreneurs do the same as business entrepreneur except the 'profits' arent money its helping people. I recken all entrepreneurs ultimate goal should be to become a social entrepreneur. Because its a similar skill set and once you have got your own thing going it would be cool to give back. What do you think?
