business ethics and future of business

It is an axiom that companies earn from risk. Is it not deeply unethical position? First, the excessive risk-taking is an irresponsible, second, failed entrepreneur also took risk. Should not he also get paid for risking?

Over several generations understanding of entrepreneur's role could develope. At first, ambitious business strategies remain, but creating properly paid jobs and selling of goods or services at a reasonable price should become more important. Further evolution would lead to generation of entrepreneurs who value staff wages and the price of the services over everything else..

How do we achieve something like that? If you are a businessman and you think i am morally right, but you doubt if it would possible in reality, make two steps. First, share these ideas with other businessmen, for whom you have authority. Secondly, little bit lower prices of your goods or services that your company selles and little bit increase wages of your workers.

The third step is common in your circles. Stop buying raw materials, materials for buildings, or otherwise invest in other companies, products and services, whose business it seems immoral to you.

The fourth step, to teach their children who are intrested in business to be a better person than you are.

I am from Estonia and if you find my message significant or you can help me with better English, answer to this thread.

Welcome! However, I disagree with the statement above. If one gets rewarded regardless if his risk pays off or not, is that still a risk?

I think every one who started their business would take risk.
Because if we can't take risk then how can we know whether our business will work or not?

Not all are born as successful entrepreneurs. Most are newbie and they took the risk before they succeed with their chosen endeavors.

Actually it would be nice, if everyone impressed with this post would introduce these ideas to your firends. And any critique on email would help me refine my thoughts.
