    Best Way to Get Heard!

Hey guys there are a ton of methods for getting the word out on new sites. Social bookmarking services, things like squidoo lens, hubpages, ezine articles all help get very quality backlinks and build authority sites. They really are some very powerful tools. If you guys don't mind it would be nice to see some other tools that you like minded individuals are using! Always looking for new tricks and tools!

Also I saw a few threads with people just promoting their own stuff...VERY ANNOYING, especially when those same people are brand spanking new won't mention any names but I'm sure everyone feels the same way!

A couple techniques that I use is getting involved with a certain online community, and becoming a part of it. Suggesting help and directing ways of help via their forum. Ezine articles, digg, stumbleupon, reddit, blogrolls are also great tools to add traffic to your site. Also reading other popular blogs and leaving positive comments that can grab attention is another great way to drive more traffic your way.

Just get involved put an hour a day into social networking your site, and before you know it you'll see an increase. Always remember that your content that you are trying to drive traffic to should always be unique, and something that yourself would enjoy reading. Quality is everything.

I can think of using online forums as a means to developing a "web personality" and be heard on the internet. Also try and see if you can use videos to help improve your audience.

Sometimes online contests related to your line of business can help you get more heard as well

Traffic Geyser: Get Traffic, Leads and Customers Fast and Easy is a subscription based service that is very aggressive, and creates significant results.... Quickly! Mostly utilizes video markting on a mass scale.... Podcasts, too.

SENuke is quite a versatile application for creating backlinks and increasing traffic, also. SENuke is a standalone application that you run locally... Can do video and podcast broadcasting as well as assist with article marketing.

The best way to get heard is to go back to the old school, original way. Before there were social networks. Before there were blogs. Before there were forums. Even before newspapers and magazine. Word of mouth is by far the most effective and productive way to stick in someone's mind. Organic advertising that effectively gets to your target market for free via word of mouth is the best. When you contribute engaging information readers can actually utilize, they'll be happy to spread your message. Just simply TELL them. People who are part of any online community make a small percentage the world. For christ's sake slap a window cling on that Hummer and drive!

Most people don't want to do any offline marketing because it's too "hard," That's why many online businesses FAIL.

It seems to me like taking those routes although they may help through a lot of hardwork seems kind've lower echelon. I don't know how to explain it, does anyone know what i'm talking about? Like if an ideas great, then the primary focus of it will succeed on its own. And if doesn't and you have to really reach out to things like ezine articles and other forums then that business idea maybe doesn't behold a lot of quality.

So to directly answer the posters question it seems to me like the best way to get heard is to think of the best idea you can. Your best idea should embody something the people can relate too and that in itself should get it heard, you know what im saying?

Hey guys thanks for all the feedback. I would like to say that all of you are correct in some way. Yes it's true that you can use these social bookmarking services to get the word out. And yes it is true that you truly need a business model that meets peoples desires. However they go hand in hand. What are we without our technology and our ability to freely distribute our quality content? These tools help people to get the concept to the market quicker than word of mouth could ever do.

Anyone with experience in SEO can testify to that. However it's what you offer people after they find you that determines if it will be a success. Quality service is viral, whether it be through word of mouth or social sites. These services only quicken the time it takes for people to realize that whatever your doing is legit.

So all in all remember to put the people first. Just because it's online doesn't mean you don't have to follow traditional business code of conduct. The customer always comes first. You must provide people with quality services or products period. If not why would you deserve to profit from it? Remember that if you don't learn the tricks to marketing first, the guys making "you're" money will.
