Please let me know what you think.

I'm getting the impression that it is not as clear to other people as it reads to me.

    Advise?

    Thank you in advance!

Very professional site and layout, although this is just my opinion, but I think that most people would not be likely to scroll to the bottom of the page unless something draws their eye down, so if they only scroll partway and stop right at the bottom of the second section, then they won't see the last part. And also the site doesn't quite explain the benefits and differences between the Publisher and Distributor.

Very nice design, and seems clear too. Just make sure you're not overloading the page with information as no one will read it all!

I see exactly what you are saying!

I'm thinking it would be best to take the Distributor part off the site entirely (after all, we encourage the publishers to do their own distributing to save money. If they want to hire someone else to distribute that wouldn't have anything to do with us)
Any ideas on how to draw them down? I'm not a fan of Flash do-dads but am a little concerned I may have no other choice but to use one.

I need to keep it simple though since the publishers also use that site to maintain their own micro-sites (don't want them to have to wade through a bunch of our stuff to get to their sites!).

I really appreciate your taking the time to give me your advise! Thank you!

    Does it look overwhelming?
I think I'm going to take the Distributor section out. Its not really relevent and I think it may cause confusion.

    No problem...
I don't think it's too overwhelming...the only problem is that there is lots and lots of text, more than most would take time to read. For some of the text may it be possible to represent the text in a graphical form?

I really like the layout and colours. It also seems to work well in a variety of browsers with is great.

I think the text on your homepage is a bit overwhelming. I think some clear concise points detailing what you do and why that would be of benefit to me, with links to further information, would be much better.

I also think some of the pictures at the tope right corner are a bit cheesey. They don't really seem to relate to your site.

I woudl also recommend that you set better Title tags on all the pages as the current ones won't be doing much for you in the search engines.

    Shannan,

As you know, I like the site and in my opinion complete detailed information is key. I would rather see as much information as possible about the product and your details are good. It's true that most people don't read and usually skim a site, but those that are really interested will appreciate the detail you have supplied.

My recommendation would be to set up a home page that is a short info, bullet points design, for the initial door opener. Perhaps a flash page at the "front door". Visitors who want more info can dig further through the other detail pages as needed. (you could put links to your Publisher's micro-pages on the "front door" flash page, in case readers want to bypass the details)

I agree the Distributor page is confusing......I think the Publisher page is what most entrepreneurs want to know about and they will distribute themselves or farm it out based on business economics.

I'd think the simplest and least flashy way would just be to put some sort of border on one side of it or around the whole thing, and some people would notice that the line continues and it could cause them to scroll farther down.
