I just started a website based around power sports like ATV's Sportbikes etc.. I am looking for help getting traffic as well as suggestions to improve the site. Any help is much appreciated thank you

Good design, but the light text on dark background hurts usability big time. Keep your sidebar that way if you'd like, but the main body text NEEDS to be dark text on a light background. It's too hard on a reader's eyes to try to read it the way it is. Also, try sticking more pictures in your articles and news (especially thumbnails on the main page) to illustrate what each one is about.

i really dont like the banner..its very hard to read. other than that the site seems boring

hmmm... header looks somehow too simple "unprofessional", but that is just my opinion

nice layout and design, easy on the eyes. I would consider taking the news section out of every page on the right hand side and making a seperate link for latest news. It creates a bit too much clutter. But definitely good job.
