at first glance the layout looks ok, pretty simple. I think adding some features that would help out your customers would be a good idea. Is setting up a reseller account/site like that pretty easy?

On your faqs page the first sentence is "(these applies to our Free Hosting Service only)" Rough english. same on index page Need a free web hosting ?
On the same page the link to a webhost review goes to a 404 error.

Your faqs page put me off a bit. It should have general interest simple questions first. Maybe domains, then account, then service... etc.
Looks kind of gimmicky and slippery too. On your faqs page you have 40 links to your upgrade page just in a few short paragraphs!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting. A person can look at the roses but to smell them they must give you money. At least try to control the ambition.

Your cheapest plan only indicates that the price has been reduced to 01 cents per month. Most people will look for details. When they see know details they will assume you are luring them into some kind of contract. 50 year contract, first month one penny, all following months 29.99 each? Hostgator is very upfront on their website. Their pricing and faqs are straightforward and honest. They do well with that tactic.
