    Hi Francis,
I think your site is real nice, i have recently joined a gym, i went for the second time today and i have been searching online for a for a workout routine, your Muscle Building Workout Routine looks pretty easy to follow but being a novice in the gym the only one out of the 8 i know is bench press maybe if u had some pics (or animations) next to each exercise so people know how to do them that would be cool. As you know bro pictures speak louder than words.

    Good Luck
p.s ive put your site on favs so i can keep track of it..

The SEO is probably pretty good from a technical standpoint. You are on wordpress using the SEO pack, and that does a pretty good job. But, one thing even the so-called self-proclaimed SEO pro's usually don't "know" about is that you want to validate your website in a text browser. Most "SEO masters" aren't even aware text browsers exist. If your site is usable and viewable in a text browser, without being broken, it helps guarantee the robots will be able to crawl your site effectively. A common text browser you can test with is lynx.

@nonrate: thanks for the feedback. True, I haven't actually looked at that point of view. How many percent of internet users use text browsers?

I am using IE 7 and the home button seems to be unstyled and overlapping your navigation bar.

Great website. It truly is good. I suggest adding better images and even providing video for step to step instructions on how to be in shape in particular area of the body.

Try to make it as professionally done as possible.I think this will show alot of people that your website is worth trying out.

I have always found as far as ad placement, the top and center will get the most clicks. No where else even comes close. But the users hate it.
