Hello Web Guru's,

I am currently working on the arrangement of a virtual freelance team that will be known as hitboxdesigns. I currently have the site parked and am in the conception stage of the site as far as design, layout and navigation goes. I am trying to portray the companies personality as sleek, sophisticated, yet simple. I am really looking for a talented programmer and a virtual artist. I have a strategy and gameplan that I believe can set us aside from the rest.

My goal is to streamline a system that three to four talented individuals can productively create high quality websites using resources such as voice communication (Ventrilo - Surround Sound Voice Communication Software), e-mail, and paypal (payments). Everything will be legit.

nicely done on layout except a lots of those tab are still on graphic, not sure will that slow down the loading time in comparison with text based.
