    TV Repair Shop Layout and Color Feedback

    flashelectronicsllc.com

    Hi I new here but would love any feedback on my website's front page layout and color. It's a TV repair shop website. The other pages are still WIP.

    Is there too much color?
    Is the font ok?

    Thank for reviewing my site.

    @rpermana

    hiii, nice call. Will fix. Thanks.

    @mattppp

    The customer complains it's not flashy enough...

    You think there's a way make it 'pop' with little touches (jQueryish)? Like changing pages would make the TV turn on/off? Is that annoying?

    Thanks for all the input.

    To be totally honest - there is something wrong, I'm not sure about your choice of colors, however the font which is rendering in Internet Explorer is uneasy on the eye. I would change the font to something smoother and see if that changes overall look of your site.

    Apart from that - all appears to work fine. Good luck.

    Semantically good job on the coding. However, for basic advice on the SEO take a look at this:

    Website Grader - SEO Tool - Report For flashelectronicsllc.com

    Usability wise, my main menu would not be on the right hand side - it would be along the top or maybe along the left. Along the right hand side is reserved I feel for secondary navigation.

    Aesthetically, I am not a fan at all. The typography is poor and the site lacks any real punch. It looks like its from 1980. I would hire a web designer to bring the site forward or if your lacking inspiration. Have a look through cssmania.com for examples.
